There is sound thinking behind the server control architecture. I think the architecture is very good, and you&#039;d be better off learning how to create your own server controls instead of spending time making up your own rendering logic.

It seems you&#039;re moving to a kind of web forms / mvc hybrid with this. I&#039;d select one, and stick with that.</description>

For me, the most important thing here is separating the front-end code from the back-end logic and make front-end changes as smooth as possible. I like the Html Helper methods but I dislike having markup in back-end code.

I think the best way to do it is just to stick with a style and keep it structured and simple, making it easier for other developers to make changes in the code.
